You must only use the BPQI Toolkit Portal if you are employed by an organisation which is licensed to use the BPQI Toolkit Portal or if you are a client or agent of a such an organisation and they have invited you to use the BPQI Toolkit Portal.

The copyright in the BPQI Toolkit Portal is owned by NHS Midlands and Lancashire CSU and various respective IPR owners. We process any data you supply through the BPQI Toolkit Portal according to the Privacy Statement provided.

We may provide you with a secure sign-in to access UBook. If we do, you must take full precautions not to disclose that sign-in to any other party.
