The copyright in the QI Toolkit Portal is owned by NHS Midlands and Lancashire (NHS ML) and various respective IPR owners. We process any data you supply through the QI Toolkit Portal according to the Privacy Statement provided.

We may provide you with a secure sign-in to the QI Toolkit Portal. If we do, you must take full precautions not to disclose that sign-in to any other party.
